Privacy Policy — Beyond AI

This is a plain-language privacy policy for a small consulting practice. It covers the data Beyond AI actually collects through this website. If you're reviewing this for a procurement or compliance process, contact us at jay@beyondautomate.ai for a more formal data-processing agreement.

What we collect

Beyond AI Automation, LLC ("Beyond AI", "we") collects only the personal data you give us directly through this website:

Booking information. When you book a Discovery Call via our Calendly link, Calendly collects your name, email, time zone, and any context you add to the booking form. Calendly is the data processor; we receive a confirmation with that information.
Email correspondence. When you email jay@beyondautomate.ai, we retain the message and your reply address.

This site does not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, third-party trackers, or cookie banners. The only third-party service embedded in our funnel is Calendly, and it loads only when you click through to book a call (it is not loaded on this domain).

How we use it

We use the information you provide for one purpose: to have a conversation with you about whether Beyond AI can help your business. Specifically:

To prepare for and conduct the Discovery Call you booked.
To follow up directly after the call with notes, proposals, or materials you asked for.
To respond to email you send us.

We do not send marketing newsletters, drip sequences, or unsolicited follow-up campaigns.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The narrow exceptions:

Service providers we use to operate (Calendly for scheduling, Google Workspace for email). Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Legal compliance. If we receive a valid legal request (subpoena, court order), we will comply with it and notify you when permitted.

How long we keep it

Booking and email records are kept for the duration of any active engagement plus 24 months, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to retain them longer (for example, to maintain a working relationship). You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can request at any time, by emailing jay@beyondautomate.ai:

A copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction of inaccurate data
Deletion of your data (we will confirm completion within 30 days)
To opt out of all future contact

Residents of California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), and the EU/UK (GDPR) have specific rights under their local laws, all of which we honor — please mention your jurisdiction in your request and we'll process it under the applicable framework.

Children

Beyond AI is a B2B consulting firm. Our services are not directed at and not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect personal data — encrypted transit (HTTPS), reputable third-party providers (Calendly, Google Workspace), and access controls limiting data to the founder. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and — if you have an active engagement with us — notify you by email. Reading this page periodically is the best way to stay current.
